Tip 1: Check Out the Daily Task List View Well, if your Calendar is heaving, and you just now and again find yourself ‘dropping the ball’ when it comes to getting things done, maybe it’s time to take a closer look at Outlook Tasks. To change the view on the Task list in the To-do Bar, right click on the row above the tasks that reads “ Arrange by” and choose a different arrangement, untick Show in Groups or choose View settings to customize the view. Image 1: Viewing Tasks in Outlook Calendar If you only read one tip about Outlook Tasks, read this one. In the Subject box, enter a name for the task. Untick Automatically group by arrangement and select Due Date in Group items by selector. Create a task Select New Items > Task or press Ctrl+Shift+K. Some tasks will be set directly to your Calendar by teachers through Teams or Google. If you need to group by the Start date or Due date, open View Settings, Group By. Prep deadlines will now be set on the Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
